Thank you to the staff of OTP at the Minnesota State Fair! I work with four lovely women who have developmental disabilities, and hoped to "someday" get their portraits taken in an old-timey studio.  I contacted Scott Henry ahead of time and he assured me that the needs of our ladies could be accommodated. Aside from the building being old-timey itself and not very accessible, the experience was phenomenal. The OTP staff were caring, sensitive, warm, attentive and willing to let our four group home staff be there to help, too. The photographer brilliantly (and quickly!) capture each woman's personality in a way that surprised us all! I especially appreciate that we can order more prints online - so the families of our residents can get their own copies.  Thank you for delivering fantastic customer service and making this a special memory for all of us.

My wife and I would just  like to thank you and your staff for such a wonderful experience. My  wife has been wanting to do this for almost a year and we figured the  state  fair is the best place to do it. Now to be honest, we went in  there with a very strict budget of $50, but when we were done spent over  $130. And I am here to tell you that it was worth every penny. The  service alone was worth $130. Twenty years down the line we will look  back at that as one of the most memorible things we have ever done. Plus  it is something we can hand down to our children. What you and your  staff do, is bring smiles to peoples faces. And that my friend, you  cannot put a price on. I learned that when I saw the smile on my wifes  face. Thank you.

My friend and I have been coming to your photoshop for  several years, now - from the greeter to the people helping us dress to  the photographers to yourself, everyone makes the experience as  enjoyable as possible. My  wife and I got our first photograph with this company nine years ago at  the Tulsa State Fair.  We have made getting our picture taken by this  group of people at "Old Time Portraits" every year since.  We are able  to look at how much our son has grown as we compare the pictures that  have been taken in the past.  When our son was three years old we  ordered the Christmas cards, that was so special.  The quality and  cleanliness of the costumes are very good, the staff are very helpful.   We recognize the staff members from year to year and that gives us a  good feeling knowing that they take care of the staff and feel that they  have a concern for us as customers as well.  Now after all these years  it is fun for them I think as well to see how our son has grown and this  year he was told that next year he would be big enough to hold a rifle  along with me, I know he can't wait for next years picture.  The  costumes are updated and that is great with the choice of ordering in  color so they are not the same from year to year.  I feel "Old Time  Portraits" are doing a great job and I highly recommend them to  everyone, Thank You

I  just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much we enjoyed getting  our old time portrait taken at the Iowa State Fair. We have done it two  years in a row. Each time we had a large group with small children. Both  years your staff has been very professional and courteous in getting us  outfitted for our picture.
